Ryad Nagrad
Tinkoff BankRyad Nagrad ("Row of Rewards") is a match-3 game built inside the Tinkoff mobile app, where players earn points, complete quests and win prizes. Users compete for the main reward and publish their achievements on a public leaderboard.
I owned the project end to end — designed the game mechanics and progression system, mapped the flows, built the wireframes and took everything through to final UI in Figma. A lot of the work went into balance: boosters, lives and prizes had to read instantly, with no tutorial required for a banking-app audience that hadn't asked for a game.
The game city changed with a new seasonal skin every week — a lightweight reason to come back and see what's new, without touching the core mechanics.
A short onboarding introduces the reward loop and the core swap mechanic before the first real level begins.
Players spend a life to start a level, learn special pieces and combo boosters as they go, and land on a prize the moment they clear it.
A league-based leaderboard with weekly resets, a shop for boosters, and quests that award coins — including quests tied to real bank features, turning game progress into product discovery.
The goal behind Ryad Nagrad was to turn a few idle minutes inside the banking app into an engagement channel — and quietly drive discovery of other Tinkoff products through quests that rewarded real actions, like ordering groceries or buying a movie ticket in-app. Within three weeks of launch the game had engaged over a million players, with strong positive feedback and no meaningful drop in daily active users.
